Apartments I and II are located next to each other, so in one place we can accommodate up to 10 people. All apartments are newly renovated, clean, neat, tastefully furnished and completely equipped. Each flat has a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and towels.

Because our apartments / flats are located in the very centre of Gdynia in the immediate vicinity you will find many attractions, Skwer Kościuszki (Kosciuszko Square), seaside boulevard, the Oceanarium, a beach, Musical Theatre, Gemini Centre with a multiplex cinema and pubs in it, discos, cafes and restaurants, the most popular in Gdynia street Świętojańska and Plac Kaszubski (Kashubian Square).

We invite you to take advantage of the offer of rental housing / apartments both by individual clients and companies. Each apartment (except for apartment No. 5) has a permanent wireless internet. Peace and security will give you an opportunity to park your car on the closed area. All convenience is included in the price of accommodation without any extra charge

The above rental prices depend on the number of people staying in the building, i.e.:

1 person - 120 PLN / day = 120 PLN for a whole apartment
2 people - 60 PLN / person / day = 120 PLN for a whole apartment
3 people - 50 PLN / person / day = 150 PLN for a whole apartment
4 people - 45 PLN / person / day = 180 PLN for a whole apartment
5 people - 50 PLN / person / day = 250 PLN for a whole apartment
6 people - 50 PLN / person / day = 300 PLN for a whole apartment

At disposal our Clients we leave the car park on the closed yard (apartment on the street Św. Piotra) and free wireless internet WI-FI (for all apartments).

At customers request we make out invoices for the stay.

For long-term stays the price is set individually.

It is possible to collect Customers from the airport in Gdansk Lech Walesa at a price 70 zł in hours 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m. and 100 zł in hours 10.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. or alternatively bus line 510 cruising in accordance with the schedule on the route Gdańsk Lech Walesa Airport - Gdynia railway station (regular ticket price is 3.80 zł).

If you are going by train for a longer stay with us - call us and we will pick you up from the train station at no extra cost.
